I have a set of twins born today, good size, but they are having trouble standing as the back legs fall forward and they can't stand and nurse. Am feeding mom's milk to help strengthen but one still can't stand. Is this from the position they laid in womb or something else and do you have any suggestions to help?

Could be due to weakness but you can continue to feed until it regains strength for the body. It can be due to malnutrition of the mother giving the weakness to the kid. You can also feed a little bit of glucose diluted into the milk.
If there is no result after a day please consult a vet for observation and diagonises.
