It sounds like you have a either a hump in the neck (which can be solved by adjusting the truss rod to make the string height higher), the saddle is too low, you have a high fret or (and this is the worst one) the neck is not set properly. You should bring it back with the receipt. A new guitar like this should be covered by warranty.

Take it back to the shop where you bought it and ask them to set it up properly for you. It's an expensive guitar it should be supplied correctly set up.
