This application has failed to start because libtidy.dll was not found.

Some times this is caused by if you have installed a programm and uninstalled via the add and remove in control panel because some programms have there own uninstall thats why you get that come up some times reinstalling the programm and uninstalling it with its own programm helps other wise the only other way is to reinstall windows

A simple soloution that should work is to find/download and install the dll to the correct folder. Dll's in windows are located in my computer>c>windows>system32

One you download it simply place it in the system 32 folder and your application should work!
