have a problem removing the stand off of my plasma so i can put my wall mount up. I took the actual sand off but how do i take off the extra round piece that connects the actual stand to the tv.

Ok, now that you have an idea why we cannot help based on the information you have given us, please re-post this issue with the information we need to help you.
IE - not every plasma TV in the universe is built exactly like every other plasma TV....just like not all gasoline cars are built the same...
