You have to put your blue tooth device into discovery mode,Most blue tooth manufactures use the power button by holding it down for 6 to 10 seconds when turning the device on,then when you are searching they will pair ,now you will be asked for a pin or pairing code.Most blue tooth device manufactures use a factory pin pairing code they are as follows 0000,1234,1111,or 9999 i hope this helps
