You can do a system restore to the earliest date available. System restore is found in the start menu, accessories, system tools. If this doesn't get you where you want, then wipe the hard drive, reformat, and install a new operating system with your recovery or operating system disc.

You need restore disks or an opperating system to restore any computer to factory condition. Simply put the disk 1 in your dvd/cd drive and go from there. It usually takes 45-60 minutes to do this.

IF you don't have restore disks you can make them on your system (if its running) or you can call the manufacturer and they will send you them for a small fee.
