I cannot set my GE timer--15119----I have no instructions and have tried many times---I can't believe how difficult this timer is to set----

Here's what I found.
Pull up all of the little pins around the dial.
Push down all pins for the time that you want the light to stay on.
Leave pins up for all time that you want the light to stay off.
Rotate the dial to the current time of day.
Plug timer into wall.
Plug light into timer.
Ensure light is ON.

    Gary is correct. Push down--light's on. Thank you Gary.
    Not bad for $4. you can have the lights go on and off ftwo or three times a night or whatever. The instructions are sandwiched betwen the colored product description inset.
