I am using a Smart communication sim card. I forgot my pin code then after 10 trials it is asking for PUK code and I dont know the combination number of my mobile number's PUK code. What should I do?

I just fail to understand why you guys use passwords. Or PINs.

Anyway, PIN and PUK are two security features provided by the service provider. The defaults are 12345 and 00000000 (eight zeros) respectively. BUT, given wrong three or more times renders the SIM locked and useless. The SIM has to be changed for a small charge to retain the same old number.

Now that you know where you stand, please call up the helpline of your service provider for the needful.

Also, please stop using passwords in future as forgetting them in today's digital world is the biggest crime.
