Hi when you say clean the drum the drum is cleaned by the drum cleaning blade if the blade is no good then the drum will not be cleaned if you want to clean the drum you canuse a very soft cloth lint free
to clean the drum
it is not really something you clean unless like you got a label stuck on the drum once they reach there life they need to be replaced as you can create a lot more issues with the machine
