Try removing all previous phones fromt he parrot memory and try again.

For iPhone5, removed all previous phones from LS3200 Parrot.

Selected "Other Phones" and pair on Parrot...Parrot "Searching".

On iPhone5, selected Bluetooth and pair..."Searching".

Now Parrot says use "5308" to pair. Input that on my iPhone 5 and connected immediately!
