I have a problem.ican't receive any messages because it says 95% memory full but i have deleted all messages and it still shows the same thing.if i do a master reset will this delete the phone's software or just data i have stored on it?

Hi, if you reset the phone it will only delete data stored.
I think that the memory full might be that because messages stored are stored in two different places,cell phone memory and external SD memory card. you will need to check those out first and see what has not been deleted.

Also Sometimes your data on the phone can also cause the 'message full' . You might not need to reset the phone, just try and delete some data from a away from the phone, i think that might safe you from resetting the phone.
