My computer has audio problems. when i check, the audio controller is not installed. pls, where can i get an audio controller for my amd sempron 2400+?

1. Go to "Start > Search" and type in "devmgmt.msc." Hit "Enter" to start the search process. The Device Manager will pop up on the screen. This feature shows you which devices on your computer are not working correctly.

2. Right-click on the audio controller files that have a question mark or exclamation point next to them and select "Uninstall." Save the changes and close the menu.

3. Go to "Start then Restart Computer" for the changes to take effect.

4. Go to "Start > Search" and type in "devmgmt.msc." Hit "Enter" to start the search process. The Device Manager will pop up on the screen again.

5.Hit "Scan for Hardware Changes" on the Device Manager menu. Let it scan "C:" drive. It will let you know if it finds any new devices or drivers to download.

6. Go to the website of your audio device and download the appropriate driver to your computer. Double-click on the file to open it and follow the instructions on the screen to install it to your computer.

7. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

8. Open the Device Manager again to see if the exclamation points next to the audio devices are gone.
