I have a problem on wireless modem connection. Here occurs recieve 0.00 KB. Whats problem. My pc is HP brand P4'. Should I update any hardware pls inform me or elseother solution.

how far is the wireless modem to your pc????
could be the distance or the walls in between the modem and the pc.
try to use the pc closer to the modem, if it works, then move back a little, till you cna't connect again. that is the max distance.
do you ahve sercurity set up onthe modem??
if so, you need to connect with exact encyption pass code.
