Hi,
Create a temporary folder say C:\Motorola and put all your unzipped Motorola USB drivers. Install your Cable Modem. If and when Windows asked where the drivers may be located, point to the C:\Motorola.
If your modem has already been installed and operational and you simply want to update its current drivers > go to Device Manager and right click on your modem to update, likewise point to the C:\Motorola.
Hope this be of some help/idea. Post back how things are or should you need further information.
Good luck and kind regards.
