Puc has nothing to do with phone\handset. The puc is a code that is used to open a SIM card. If you have entered the SIM Pin code incorrectly 3 consecutive times, the phone will ask you for a PUC code. Call you mobile carrier\ service provider and they will ask your cell number and furnish you with a PUC code.

You can ONLY obtain your PUC code by calling your cellular service provider. After they verify you are the owner of the phone, they'll provide you with the PUC code which you'll enter on the keypad of your phone.

DO NOT attempt to guess it. Doing so wrong 10 times can / will damage your SIM card or your phone...

The ONLY way to obtain your PUC code is to contact your cellular service provider and request Tech Support assistance. Once they verify that you are the owner of the phone, they'll provide you with a PUC code which you'll enter on your handset.

Then, you'll have the opportunity to change your PIN.. Make sure you choose one you'll remember and write it down.

Do not attempt to purchase an unlock code off the Internet to use as your PUC code. It will not work.

And, you can ask Tech Support any other questions you need answers to while you have them on the phone. (MMS Settings, etc.)
