SOURCE: System error E68

E68: Hard Drive Error... It could be a problem with the Hard Drive itself or a problem with the internal connection to the hard drive, Try removing the hard drive and playing without it, This can also be caused by a Hard Drive Eprom Error. Some also believe this might be caused by a problem with the fans.

SOURCE: 360xbox one red bar flashing E-74

First check your AV cable. Unplug it, put it back in, turn back on. If that doesn't work, long story short, call support (18004myxbox).

Error explanation below:

E-74 - There is high chance it's a scaler chip problem (the "ANA" or "HANA" chip near the AV cable connection) it can also be caused by a faulty AV cable so check that first. In some cases it is a problem with the GPU and may be repairable by doing the x-clamp replacement (error 102)

102 error - Error in the "Digital Backbone" (CPU/GPU/RAM), this is usually caused by a cold solder joint between the GPU and the mainboard.
There are two theories to fixing this one deals with the "X" clamps that hold down the chips. The other involves re-Heating the chips. DO NOT attempt either of these if your console is still under warranty. If your console is still under warranty return it to the store where it was purchased or call MS to have it replaced.

SOURCE: red light blinking system error E74

this might be a hardware failure. try turning it off then back, or try keeping a fan on it when you play on and if that doesn't work call 1800myxbox there you'll find step by step instructions to send it down to texas and get it fixed. if that happens three times you will recieve a brand new xbox 360 that has that problem fixed. also keep in mind to keep your hard drive before you send it to be fixed. i really hope this helps with your problem
-good luck

SOURCE: single red light in bottom right of circle is red

Yes I know it well . There is a small circle of solder balls
under the GPU that have pulled away from the main pc board.

I had to bulild re-flow workstation for this specific problem .
The GPUis getting so hot that it warps the pc board and
pulls its connections right of the board .

Bottom line is the GPU needs to be re soldered to the pc board
and properly clamp down . over heating the GPU X clamp mod
is a temporary fix and hazardous to unit.

Thats it
