Why can't I use my vineyard account to buy more cash ? I have put the $49.90 back to my charge card, the charge dated 12/29/10, the MC ending 5771  so if this doesn't get resolved within 2 weeks I will go to the News Media to tell them how MY Vineyard and Facebook cheat their Players and I will tell all of the Players what is happening, since we can't seem to call you nor can we contact this game by phone or e-mail, You haven't played fair from the start and I did this in good faith so that you would Activate My account again and yet I have not received a response from you nor this game, Please Activate MY Vineyard account soon so that I can order again or I will tell everyone and the News Media about this

I have seen many cases like this and this is why i don't recommend using facebook and especially spending one cent on anything to do with facebook. It has 500 million members and no customer support at all.
