Question

My son is going college majoring in business and we need to purchase him a laptop but can't decide between a MacBook running Windows and Office Professional (his first choice) or a Lenovo ThinkPad or Lenovo Tablet (X61). Which one would you recommend? Haven't heard too much about Lenovo any thoughts on that.

IBM sold off it's notebook line to LENOVO. The Thinkpads are excellent business machines and for the price of a Macbook that is dual-bootable, you can really do the Thinkpad up nicely. If he was going to college for a design or music or something like that I would go with the Macbook. Since he is going for business, go with the Thinkpad.
