YES THERE'S A FACTORY RESET CODE TO RESTORE THEM TO WHEN YOU FIRST BOUGHT THEM
PRESS AND HOLD ALL THE BUTTONS AT THE SAME TIME........
LEFT.....RIGHT..SELECT...START.......
THIS WILL RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS........
LET ME KNOW HOW YOU GO ON ..........AS I NEVER GET ANY THANKS
Take out the battery pack of your ds then you will see a reset button there.. just press it....
note: taking out the cover of the battery pack needs special screwdriver
