If i were delete the?Imation Flash Logout.exe? file located in the password protected partition of the drive and the Imation Flash Manager software are not show at system tray icon there. If you have damaged or deleted the hidden restore partition on your hard drive as well as the primary partition then you will need the toshibe restore CD for that model

Toshiba sell those quite cheaply.

Other wise you would need to buy a new OS cd

Did you use the F10 option during the boot up to access system restore ?
Or did you select an option from safe mode ?

what flash drive do you have? maybe there is switch for lock or unlock.. or try to check properties, see in the security tab. hope this useful, regard riyan.
