I am having a problem with my Lego Harry Potter Years 1-4 for PC. I keep getting stuck (as in the screen goes black) in the part in Diagon Alley where after you get past the cauldron and go into the door at the end my game just does not respond. I'm wondering what is wrong and how to fix it. The game is brand new.

Sounds like a programing bug in the game preventing you going farther into the game or that the pc doesnt like the game (happens for some reason on some brands of pcs or if the pc is too new for the game)
