Code for free zone for DVD : UBX AD 653 1080p up-conversion HDMI?

Mine says it is a region 4 DVD player, but yours could be different. But referring to mine, i have played DVDs from overseas, e.g USA and KOREA with no problem. Its a fantastic piece of equipment, the JVC DR-MV1S. =)

Hello!

It seems there is no region hack yet available for the Zenith XBV713 model.

However, for the model XBV613 there is....It might worthy to try.

Here's the procedure:

1. Create a non-empty file called LG36868.IMG (For example, use a text editor to create a file and save a file. Then rename the file to LG36868.IMG. Make sure the file extension is .img)
2. Burn the LG36868.IMG file to a blank data CD (not a DVD).
3. Insert the CD in your DVD Player. Press Play.
4. The region management menu will appear.
5. Use the remote control and enter '0' to set the unit to region free.
6. Press the pause on the remote.
7. Eject the disc.
Note: When I reached step step 6 the display on the front of the DVD player said "error", but the hack worked anyway.
