Check the speaker wires by wiggling them near their input and output connections. Perhaps the wires have degraded or you are picking up electrical interference from another piece of equipment. You may also want to check that your home theater system is properly grounded. Do you have the same problem using headphones vs. the external speakers?
Please go to your motherboard manufacturer's site and search for the motherboard drivers giving your motherboard model no. The site will provide the proper drivers compatible with your motherboard.
Is the manufacturer of your motherboard Msi? Is this driver needed for the motherboard or is it needed for a separate piece of hardware that you will install? I'm assuming this is a driver that you need for your motherboard. More clarity would be much more helpful. I have found several drivers but I'm not sure exactly what you need it for or which drivers you need.
