Pg 114 tells you that the computer can use 184 pin DDR DIMM cards. You can install 1GB modules into the computer.
Unfortunately your model can only support a maximum of 1GB memory.

It is not compatible with DDR-400 memory either
You are much better off upgrading to a new computer at this point.
The ram should not go higher then the MHZ or GHz you have
like 2 Ghz computer should not go over 2gig of ram

Just go to the HP web site and enter your model # . Then look carefully for the "Specs" for your paticular pc. If it's an older pc you may have to dig a little deeper.
