You have entered the pin code wrong 3 times now you are required to enter a puk code to reset the pin code.
The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code.
if you have entered the puk code wrong too many times you will make the sim card useless and you will have to contact your phone service provider for a new sim card, it will probably cost.

Okay first i just bought this phone today and it was working and i wanted to put a code on it so people cant get in my phone and i didnt know how to turn it off so i took the battery out and then i turned it back on and then it said incaild USIM card?? thats all and now i think its broke please help me please!!
I wanted to put a code on my phone because I was bored and I didn't want anyone to get into my phone.So I pressed security lock,and then it ask for the PIN, and I didn't even know what that was.Then there was the button on the bottom that says: Emergency,so I touched it and I called 911 emergency.I was so embarrassed!!!!
