It looks like a standard DIN radio so this might prove helpful

Here is a videoshowing how to remove a standard radio from the dashboard. A pair of extractorsare required (available from Ebay etc ) but these can be made from 2 pieces ofbent, wire coat-hanger or 4 smalldrills(using the blunt end) or 4 small Allen Keys or 4 small screwdrivers or 4 nails or even 4darts. An assistant isuseful to pull the radio out whilst you are releasing the 4 securing clips http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=urC-4NbXvDQ note: on some radios ,these 4 holes are protected by 4 small screws. These can be unscrewedusing the appropriate of Allen key.

1. Unhook the negative battery cable (--) with your pliers. This prevents shock when touching the electrical-wiring components.
   
2. Pry off the small cap on the bottom of the shift knob (the cap faces the back seat). Behind the cap, you'll see two Phillips-head screws. Remove them and lift the shift knob from the rod.
   
3. Detach the shift-gate panel from around the shift knob. Use a flat-head screwdriver or an automotive-pry tool to remove it. Lift the shift-gate panel up and over the shift rod. Set it to the side.
   
4. Remove the 10 Phillips-head screws from the metal bracket beneath the shift-gate panel. With the screws removed, pull the bracket backward and lift it out of the console.
   
5. Remove the Phillips-head screw from the bottom portion of the radio-console panel. This screw is in the center, beneath the ashtray and air-conditioning controls.
   
6. Grasp the radio-console panel. Firmly pull it away from the dash to remove it. Remove the four Phillips-head screws securing the radio to its mount. Pull the radio out. Unplug the harness and antenna cable
