Just press the water and lock buttons at the asme time for 5 seconds.
I have. didn't work as the button disappears and the beverage center text overwrites it.

can't find the "filter replaced" button. this is the botton you are supposed to press once you replace the filter. still not getting it.
I have the exact same problem. The fridge would not reset following the factory instructions. I unplugged the fridge for about 30 seconds, and when I plugged it back in the LCD water percent was back to 0%. Nice, because I wasn’t looking forward to a service call.
