When putting in a good set up speakers like those, I always recommend:
Making mounting rings/plated for them
Sound Deadening Material to help seal the door up for better bass from the mids
Gasketing Foam to help decouple surfaces that may vibrate against each other
Duct tape
Good quality speaker wire.
