Hello there! When I try to connect my 320 to my w810i phone, I enter the code for my device (0000) but then it asks for the code for the device to be connected. I type in 0000 again but nothing's happening... I can't type in any No's from the headset, unless there's a number pad in there that nobody has mentioned...! Help...!

Maybe it is recognizing it as another phone device, instead of a headset. you can also try leaving the second request for a code blank

    another default passcode for phone devices is 1234 or 12345
