It looks like the panel is stuck on, much the same as uk microwave ovens and the flexible pcboard is fed through a slot behind the panel.
If the new one is at hand, that will show you exactly how to replace it.

Touch pad inoperaive

Unfortunately, if you are having problems with a touch pad you will probably have to replace either the touch pad itself, if you can get it or the whole control board and touch pad as a unit which normally ends up running as much as a new microwave. I would check your warranty and see if it still is covered and proceed that direction.

Touch pad on front panel is not working.

REplace the touch pad. The touch pad is more likely to have failed rather than the control board.

Touch pad inoperaive on one side

about the only thing you could do is to replace the touch pad there are no repairs done to touch pads we basically just install a new one i suppose one could take one apart and try to fix it but there are no schematics that they give to the touch pad make sure before ordering a new touch pad that it is the touch pad and not the control board that has malfunctioned if you are unable to perform these tests please call a repair technician if you have any further questions please message me back and please remember to rank how this opinion has helped in your appliance situation Thanks again

F2 E0 "Stuck key" ????????????

F2-E0 - Shorted Touch Pad (Keypad) - Check the connection between the touch pad (keypad) and control board (clock) to make sure it is secure.
Select the 'cancel' function and wait 60 seconds.
If error code reappears then replace the touch pad, or touch pad and control board (clock) if all one assembly.
