It's '0000' (four zeros). If you need further informations on how to pair it with your phone, starting with it turned off, press and hold the call/end button (as if you were turning it on) but now don't release it until the indicator light is alternately flashing in red and blue (some 8 seconds). It is in pairing mode now. It will be kept in pairing mode for a couple of minutes. Within that peirod, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, your headset should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset should enter the stand-by mode (indicatior light flashing in blue).

You can go to your set up menu to change the settings for your parental controls. However, in order to do this you must first remember your passcode, something I could not do!!! I found that if you are prompted to enter your 4 digit passcode and instead you hit the "setup" button on your controller it will take you to a screen that reads delete passcode. Here you enter "7444" and then it will prompt you to enter a new passcode. Enter something simple and easy to remember. With this new passcode you can go to settings and then change the level or turn off the controls all together!!

FORGOT PASSCODE
If you can't remember your passcode, you will have to use iTunes to restore you Touch. Remember that restoring will erase eveything on the Touch, make sure you have made a backup of your data first.

You cannot bypass a user set security code.  I would recommend trying to remember the pass code or go to a private cell phone dealer and see if they have the ability to re flash your phone.
