After you press the picture of calendar/clock... hold the equal sign down for 3 seconds.

Start by pressing down on the clock/calendar button for about 3 seconds. Then press the equal ( = ) sign to input the correct date. Same process for setting the time. then press the ce/c button to clear the data on the screen. When u want to print the date, press the calendar button. this will automatically print it. then press the ce/c button again so u can start calculating.

On my Canon LS-120PC, to adjust the tax rate, you need to press the Tax+ key, then enter the tax value (6.75 in your case), then the Tax+ key again. This will probably work with your MP11DX.
