I have installed the printer on my new laptop which runs Windows 7 Pro 64bitversion. It does not work. I have downloded various "driver update" programmes all of which tell me there is nothing wrong with existin drivers. But when I run your install disk, I am informed that I need diffrent drivers. What do I need?

You should have a HP Laser Jet 4 printer driver included within the Add Printers Wizard on Windows 7, use this printer driver it will be 100% compatible with the 9114 as this is a PCL5e printer driver and the 9114 supports the PCL5e emulation.
