These are extracts from the manual:-
"To better understand each menu option, use camera Help-highlight a menu choice, then press the Telephoto (T) button."
but here is the menu button:-
"Press Menu and go to Date/Time
Press the Ok button
Use the up/down buttons to change the current field
Use left/right buttons for previous/next field
Press Ok to accept"
