easy if she has never changed the lock code its the last four numbers of her cell number....but if she changed it there are codes to get it unlocked try google ive done this before also with my juke and i found a site that showed me how to unlock my juke im sorry i dont remember the link but it shouldnt be hard to find...

You have to go to service center to unlock your phone.There is a gadget in unliockin cellphone.tnx
