Hi , u cud either get it done from moto service center it wud jus cost u around 350 Indian Rupees, or Make sure ur battery is charged fully, try to update the firmware using motorola phone tools.
Note: While updating the software of phone , all the phone memory contents wud be lost make sure u back it up.
did you already remove the battery;waited for a few minand then try to start it again?if not,you can meke a software update on the motorola website.all you need is of course internet and the delivered cable(mini-usb,f/usb,f). after doing this update your phone should work properly.
