You can download the updated software through :
- PC ( if your upgraded software available there or download from www.nokia.com) or
- You can get it updated through your N72 by connecting it to internet to nokia website
www.nokia.com or
- You can also transfer update software trough bluetooth
Just check around your sub menu in your phone and find software ( you should see 2 choices there:
the first is check current software and the second is update software). The latter is your way to get your software updates.

also use
*#7370# and the phone code (by default it is 12345)
it will format ur total phone memory, remember, all ur data such as contacts and msgs saved in ur phone memory will be deleted.
