Hi There - actually not a problem, I did this too and the HTC default screen (there are options) is faster to move through the icons than the BT one and to my mind equally intuitive. But a i am a real L plate on this gizmo too...why dont they print a big book we can read in bed at night!! Brian
I messed around with mine and this happened too. What I had to do was reset the handset and update it from the website. If you go to bt.com website then personal/home then go to support, then go to bt anywhere, then downloads at the bottom and I think it comes under "Mobile update" Sorry im not being that specific.

Having the same problem with this anniversary gift card, trying to enter a promo code. Could somebody let me know why we can't use these cards. They expire on ll/30/08.
with bt internet but someone has changed homepage to yahoo when I try to make BT homepage it comes up not supported
