Hi,
The F11 code is saying that there's no communication between the motor (motor control board) and the CCU. Both the MCB and CCU are just big circuit boards. Most often the F11 shows-up with the FdL code (door lock) in either case the problem is cold solder joints on the CCU at the points where the relays and spade connectors are supposed to be connected to the board. The CCU is located in the machine at the top, back, You'll need to remove the circuit board and have those solder joints redone. It's easier to unplug all the connectors to the CCU then take out the whole unit and then take out the circuit board at the table wile you're cursing whirlpool. If you're not to handy with a soldering gun you may want to print off this response and take the board to a good appliance repair shop. Good luck.
1. (F11, 12 & 13)
Disconnect power, wait 30 seconds and reapply power.
2. (F11, 12 & 13) If
fault returns upon power-up, replace EOC.
EOC = Electric Oven Controller
