Make sure phone is set to proper time zone with the correct daylight saving time setting
some phones have a seperate time zone setting for email and text programs which can usually be found in the email or text program (e.g. iPhone and Windows phone)
if all else fails contact your cellular provider
they are supposed to be able to help you with this sort of thing
