I have a basic timer with no pins. Can't figure out how to use it.

I do not have a manual for this timer.

Looking at timer, it appears as if the following instructions apply.
Since you have the product and instruction sheet, add a comment if your knowledge of the details varies: Your contribution to the fixya community is helpful to others.

To set timer:
Rotate dial clockwise until current time lines up with pointer.
Move red and green pins to hours you want timer to turn on-off.
Pins are non-removable.
