Email me and i will send you the driver to email with instruction. If you are in Nigeria. U will need more than that. You nee Biometric License in order to be able to use your scanner over the JAMB SITE

Driver cannot detect this device

Hi,

Does the computer detect the fingerprint reader at all? If it shows up in 'device manager' with a yellow exclamation mark then you have a driver issue. In this case try reinstalling your fingerprint reader driver software. If your device is not being detected at all, try reinstalling your usb drivers from within 'device manager' then plugging your fingerprint reader in once again. If this doesn't solve your problem, you will need to have the reader tested as it is most likely faulty.

After installing d driver, i will discover that there is no device connected

Manually uninstall the old driver. Do not connect anything yet.

Install new driver.

Connect fingerprint reader.

you can usually use a windows xp/2k driver just in support mode (right mouse click the setup and select the tab support and change it to windows XP service pack 2) that should help you if not then get back to me and i will help you further
