Installed a remote start on a 2002 f150 using a pkf1 bypass unit. The starter turns over but it wont start the truck. The THEFT light flashes constantly also.

It's not simple what ever the problem is. At the very least you'll need to get hooked up to code reader at perhaps the local auto store for free to see what codes are stored?

Next place will charge for the service and by that I mean the dealership, I see no other alternatives if the free hook up at an Auto store won't get results.
