my pc is showing a weird msg as a screen saver. I tried to change the screen saver, but when i go to display where i usually change the settings for screen saver, the tab is not there anymore, I can't ever set the monitor energy saver the whole tab is gone. what happend??

Security Policy is hinding screen saver tab.
Go to Start Menu
Click on "Run"
type: gpedit.msc
click OK
User configuration
- Administrative Templates
- Control Panel
- Display
Look at Hide Screen Saver tab
make sure it is set to disable.
