Align the engine timing marks as follows, then install the belt.

Once the belt is routed, as shown below, install the indicated pulley last, then pull the pin out of the hydrualic-tensioner.

I just had the same problem, there are some listed on ebay right now, but they are a bit salty at 9.99 per belt plus 1.22 shipping. Looks like 7 available. Good luck.
