Help!

Question

I downloaded 3 songs onto my sansa (12 MB) and it said I had no more space. This didn't surprise me because I know I had over 200 songs on it already. So when I went to delete a few to make space it said I had no songs on it except the 3 i just downloaded...(WTF!!! When did my songs get deleted!? I was just listenin to it!) But I still have NO space for songs even though I only have the 3 songs. So I unhooked my sansa from my laptop to check if there were any songs...There were only the 3 I downloaded...But it's sayin all 953 MB are taken up...? How do I fix this??

Three possibilities:
1) your music service subscription expired (or the license on your songs expired) - solution: update them
2) You switched from msd to mtp mode - solution: switch to AUTO
3) Your DB has been corrupt - solution: update the firmware from the manufacturer's website, or format the player - see my help file on this under my profile
