Where can I get a replacement trigger switch? The one in the drill is in a locked position and cannot be moved. I too the drill apart and got it to move now there is no responce This is a 19.2 volt model

Call the service # and they will send you a new drill, mine had a burn mark right through the switch and with the model # they replaced it mine was a21.6 they are having troubles with the triggers i pulled mine a part and when i put a battery in it it would run continuous , the number should be on the drill1-800 590-3723

Look inside for centered screw and remove.

Do the same in reverse, if possible. Also, you could use two channel locks as most of those chucks have two rings, the narrow one towards the drill itself being attached to the motor. However, make sure the screw inside the chuck is tight first -- I've seen those back out and block chucks open.
