I dont know my pass code of my family setting on my console

Hey this is what worked for me. take out your hard drive so you dont wipe the memory from it (it is on the side of the xbox It says HDD on it). you do this by pressing the gray button, and sliding it out. then turn on your xbox and go to the system tab then select console settings then system info then enter this LT,RT,X,Y,LB,RB,Y, HOLD LEFT STICK IN and push X,X. There are a few slightly different codes depending on the serial number because my sons xbox has a different code, LT,RT,X,Y,LB,RB,Y,HOLD LEFT STICK IN and push Y,Y. also my friends xbox has this code LT,RT,X,Y,LB,RB,D-PAD UP, A,X,A. as you have probably noticed the only difference is the last 4 buttons but if you try a few different combinations you should get it. it can be one of either a D-pad or left stick direction, Left or right stick 'push', or A, B, X or Y i think so just play around it is the only way unless you call microsoft.
