Hi i have an old epson c59 and i did not use it for 3 years, the printer still has the three colored cartridges and none for the black cartridge for a long time, but now that i want to use it again, i replace it with a new cartridge but it says it must be a genuine ink cartridge of epson,it does not recognize the ink that i bought, the store owner said that it can be the printer heads that make the printer not recognize the new black ink cartridge that i bought. what will i do with it ...?
Try unplugging it for an hour first.
