1. Download the MP Tool software to your computer. The download file comes in a compressed ZIP file that must be extracted using a ZIP file-extraction program. Once you have downloaded the MP Tool zip file, double-click on the file to extract the "MPtool.exe" executable program.

2. Turn on your printer and double-click the "MPtool.exe" file.

3. Click on the "Reset Main" button listed under "Waste Ink Counter," in the MP Tool program screen.

4. Click on the "Reset Platen" button and exit the program to complete the process.

Whenever your OKI Printer shows the OKI c5300 toner sensor error on the display screen, follow out the blog carefully. It contains all the needed information to help you rectify the error. You can also connect with OKI Printer Repair Services to get completely satisfactory results.
  • Whenever this error code appears, this most prime thing that you need to do is to check whether all the blue toner levers are firmly pushed towards the back or not.
  • As you are done with it, check the sensor. Ensure whether it needs to be cleaned or not. You can find the sensor at the back of the plastic cover on the side of the drum.
  • Use a small and lint-free cloth to clean the plastic cover and the silver arm.
  • The sensor will be a very fine powder and should also be easy to remove.
  • Make sure that the sensor lever on TS1 is pushed up or not.
  • Clean the arm properly. Also, check whether the sensor lever is pushed up as it needs to be or not.
  • It is not set properly; the machine will not pick up the sensor on the drum. Push the disc up to make this Oki Canon Printer Error Code 990

Whenever i turn on the printer i get a error 6C10
This error is related to the ink absorber/waste ink tank located internally in the printer. Printer is showing error 6C10
The error (*IF* it is 6C10) means some sort of motor function inside the printer is detected as having failed.

 Try resetting the printer and look inside it carefully for any extraneous material that might have caused a motor or anything driven by it to have gotten jammed or otherwise failed... if none is found, then call 1-800-OK-CANON.

My Canon MP630 has a 6C10 error
You have a "Valve Cam sensor error". Usually caused by paper debris inside the printer, probably near the purge unit.

Have a ggod look inside and see if you can see any bits of paper.
